Nino Dispatch costs $297 a month, billed month to month. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund your first month's $297 in full. Please tell us briefly why you're asking (a sentence is enough). We still refund in full either way.
The guarantee covers your first month only, and only for new customers. It's limited to one guarantee per business.
How to ask for a refund or cancel
Email michael@ninodispatch.com. Tell us your business name, whether you want a refund or want to cancel, and (for a refund) a brief reason why.
How refunds are paid
We refund the original card through Stripe, the company that handles our payments. The money typically shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens when you get a refund
We turn off your AI receptionist and cancel your subscription right away, so you won't be charged again. We also remove our side of the forwarding setup.
Cancelling after 30 days
You can still cancel anytime. Your service runs until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then it stops. You won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or partial refunds for months after the first.
Call forwarding
Call forwarding is set up on your own phone line, so turning it off is your job. We'll email you simple steps for your carrier. Please turn it off when your service ends so your calls keep coming to you.
