Privacy Policy

Nino Dispatch is the business name of Michael Nino, a sole proprietor based in Texas. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Michael Nino doing business as Nino Dispatch. "You" means a business that uses our AI phone receptionist service, or a visitor to this website. "Callers" means people who call a business that uses our service.

Information we collect

• From our customers: the details you give us to set up and run your receptionist, such as your business name, owner name, email address, business phone line, hours, services, service area, booking rules, and the numbers and email addresses where you want alerts, summaries, and urgent transfers to go.
• From callers: when a call is forwarded to your receptionist, the call may be recorded and transcribed, and we collect what the caller shares, such as their name, callback number, address, and the reason for the call, along with basic call details like the caller's number and the time of the call.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe through a secure payment link. Stripe processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive payment records (for example, the amount and date), not your full card number.
• Emails you send us: if you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and keep a record of your request.

How we use information

• To set up, run, test, and improve your receptionist, and to answer, summarize, and route your calls.
• To send you call summaries and alerts by email and text message.
• To bill you, provide support, and handle refunds and cancellations.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse of the service.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use caller information to market to callers.

Third-party providers

To deliver the service, call audio, recordings, transcripts, and caller details are processed by the third-party AI phone and software providers we use to answer calls, transcribe them, and send summaries. We also use Stripe for payments and an email provider for messages. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Call recordings and notices

Calls handled by your receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide the service. As the business using the service, you're responsible for any notice to your callers that the law requires. If you'd like a recording notice in your greeting, tell us and we'll include it.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service to you, and afterward as needed for our records, to resolve disputes, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information, or recordings and transcripts of your calls, by emailing michael@ninodispatch.com. Some records, like payment records, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, and we limit access to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

This website

This website is a simple static site. It doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. When you click a payment link, you go to Stripe's checkout, which is covered by Stripe's privacy policy. The setup form on our Get started page doesn't send anything by itself: it opens an email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press send.

Children

Our service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing michael@ninodispatch.com. If you're a caller and want your information removed, you can also contact the business you called.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and we'll email current customers about significant changes.
